NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ELKHART COUNTY TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE CONCERNING THE NEW ELKHART COUNTY COURTS FACILITY

The citizens of Elkhart County, Indiana (the “County”) are hereby notified, as set forth in Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5 that the Elkhart County Technical Review Committee (the “TRC”) will conduct a public meeting on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 2:30 PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time as an online ZOOM® meeting in conjunction with the progressive design-build project delivery of the proposed new Elkhart County Courts Facility.

Any interested individuals wishing to attend may login to the meeting using the following credentials:

Anyone attending the meeting who is not a member of the TRC is asked to mute their devices to avoid electronic interruption of meeting proceedings.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Introduction of TRC members and review of the function of the TRC
2. Review project timeline.
   1. Confirm dates and times for key procurement milestone events
   2. Confirm dates, times, locations, and format for future TRC meetings
3. Review draft of Request for Design-Builder’s Qualifications (RFQ)
4. Establish shortlisting evaluation criteria for Design-Builders’ Verified Statements of Qualification
5. Review and approve form of Legal Notice of RFQ
6. Adjourn
