As our county continues to adapt and adjust, the county continues to offer real-time observation of certain meetings by electronic means.
Meetings with current virtual observation options are traditionally scheduled for the County officials, public, and press to attend exclusively in person. For the convenience and safety of the public, and pursuant to Elkhart County's Electronic Meetings Policy established by Resolution No. CO-2022-08, certain meetings may be viewed electronically, and, in certain circumstances, County officials may attend via remote electronic participation or in person. Examples of public meetings that can be viewed electronically include Commissioners, Council, Planning, Redevelopment, and Board of Zoning Appeals. Other County public meetings may be offered electronically from time to time.
