An online submission form for concerns regarding COVID-19 precautions at Elkhart County businesses, restaurants, nightclubs, and bars is now available for submission. This form can also be used for concerns at an event or gathering that does not follow COVID-19 precautions.

The transmission and number of people becoming infected by COVID-19 are at record high levels in Elkhart County. And we continue to see large increases every week. In addition to the exponential rise in cases, our numbers of hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID-19 are also rising at alarming rates.
The Elkhart Circuit Court and the Elkhart Superior Courts of Elkhart County, Indiana, are acutely aware of the pandemic in our county. Accordingly, actual face-to-face hearings in the courts in Elkhart County will only occur for emergency and essential court hearings until we can return to more normal operations.
Update: We are seeing a dramatic spike in new COVID-19 cases in Elkhart County and the rate of infection is growing exponentially. According to health officials, the total number of cases here has now reached 12,500, putting us near the top among all counties in the state.
