The citizens of Elkhart County, Indiana (the “County”) are hereby notified, as set forth in Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5 that the Elkhart County Technical Review Committee (the “TRC”) will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 4:15 PM Eastern Standard Time in Rooms 104-106 of the Elkhart County Administration Building, 117 North 2nd Street, Goshen, Indiana 46526.

An online submission form for concerns regarding COVID-19 precautions at Elkhart County businesses, restaurants, nightclubs, and bars is now available for submission. This form can also be used for concerns at an event or gathering that does not follow COVID-19 precautions.
Please take notice that the Elkhart County Commissioners will be conducting its regular meeting on Monday, November 23, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. and the Elkhart County Stormwater Board will be having its meeting Monday, November 23, 2020, directly after the Commissioners meeting
